Tisenhult-gruppen has reached an agreement with Ahlsell regarding the sale of all its shares in Vent Group Nordic AB.

Vent Group Nordic has enjoyed a great growth and development during its time as part of Tisenhult-gruppen. Having Ahlsell as their new owners provides Vent Group Nordic with a great foundation to continue their successful journey and further improve their unique client offering.

The actual sale is expected to take place during January 2021.
