Tisenhult Fastigheter has acquired the office property Stockholm Python 6 at Skeppsbron 16 in Stockholm. The acquisition was carried out as a corporate share deal, with closing scheduled for June 30, 2026.

The building received its current design in 1919 and is distinguished by its narrow street façade of just over 8 meters and well-preserved ornamental detailing. The property consists of around ten high-standard office units with a total area of just under 1,300 square meters.

The current property owner has been based in and operated its business from the building for more than 100 years. Tisenhult-gruppen is now taking over ownership with the ambition of caring for the property for at least as long a period. The group will take over the current owner’s top-floor office and will relocate its headquarters to Skeppsbron 16 this autumn.
